K-Dub: “My Black History Month” Exhibit

Better known around the neighborhood as K-Dub, Keith Williams has been working with youth and the arts in Oakland since 2005.

K-Dub’s exhibit, “My Black History Month,” is at SomaR Bar this month.

K-Dub’s personal work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in many galleries and museums. He is the Founder and Creative Director of Hood Games, an urban Skateboard Jam and Youth Arts Festival that blends skateboarding with live art, music, dance and fashion performances.

Come check out his art, energy, passion, accomplishments.

Mother’s Day Drive Tues, 5/7, 5-8 pm

Come by Tuesday, May 7th, 5-8 pm, to drop off new hygiene items for women in shelters…then reward yourself with a drink. This Mother’s Day Drive is hosted by El-Khalid & The Royal Family Seasons of Giving. There will also be some appetizers and 5-minute massages! Come show some love for mothers!
