Busser/clean-up person for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday nights from 11 pm to 3:30 am.

Duties include but not limited to:

• maintain floor & bathrooms
• pick up glassware & all debris
• clean any spills
• hourly check on bathrooms

Closing duties:

• sweep bathrooms & entire bar
• collect garbage & take bins outside
• mop bathrooms and entire bar
• take out bar matts, scrub clean
• put away all cleaning tools
• store used towels in proper space provided
